Guarantee Details

- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the performance of the product, we will work with you to find a solution, including offering a replacement or a refund.
Exclusions
Our Lifetime Guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized alterations
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product

Return Shipping
If we require the product to be returned to us, we will issue a prepaid shipping label. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.
