Excellent Customer Service

Customer Service was exceptional. I was given the Original Doggy Bag as a gift. I absolutely love it! It's the perfect size to fit everything you need. The bag comes set up for 2 dogs, however I have 3. I contacted Customer Service and was able to immediately obtain an additional bowl and feed bag for my third dog. Customer Service was more than accommodating with their immediate response to my inquiry. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to purchasing additional products!

Amazing Bag & Customer Service!

I bought this bag through Rubyloo’s Store front on Amazon, and it didn’t disappoint looks wise! You can fit so much in this bag it is truly beautiful!! I noticed the shoulder strap was missing when I got it, and on our first weekend excursion, it was definitely needed! So I messaged their Customer support and they sent one out right away. They apologized up and down and were so so so kind.

Best travel bag ever

We have 2 dogs and this bag is the best ever. It holds everything from food, medications, treats, to small towels, wipes and food and water bowls. Quality construction is excellent. Would highly recommend this bag to anyone who travels with dogs.
